Our Team
Our team consists of 6 members of various Law Enforcement backgrounds to include time in Internal Affairs, Training, Supervising, Force Review, Recruiting and most importantly Patrol. Collectively they have reviewed thousands of Uses of Force Incidents involving thousands of Officers. They review Use of Force Encounters through the lenses of legality, policy, liability, and community expectations.
Our Approach
Our company differs from others in that our members have decades of training and experience between them. We do not contract our work out, and everything is peer reviewed at least once. We are available and open and offer scheduled updates to the work done, work remaining, and expected completion dates. Prior to the finalization of any report, our team will reach out to ensure all major areas of concern are addressed and evaluated. We have no pre-packaged products as everything is tailored to the individual needs of an agency. Our approach is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven.
